Disposals are listed on the likes of EGi and CoStar for strong market exposure complimented with a lengthy targeted mailing list. We provide robust investment advice for sales and acquisitions with strategic planning advice to improve and find added value. Negotiations are met with a fierce stance where required. Development, conversion, investment and extension opportunities are all considered and on a nationwide basis with a detailed depth of knowledge, contacts and data to hand. MBI acts for a wide range of private to institutional clients across the UK and overseas to source land, property and businesses of types and proles. MBI regularly acts for private and branded clients. Existing portfolios and attitude to risk is assessed rigourously.

MBI Founder Matt Brooks proudly won RICS Young Surveyor of the Year 2016 in Commercial Agency category and has also been awarded BUILD and Oxfordshire Prestige on several occasions. The latest award being Investment Agency of the Year – Oxfordshire 2021 (Oxfordshire Prestige).

Fees typically 10% of the annual headline rent (or a share of 15% on joint agency instructions) or 1-1.5% of the price paid. A retainer (£1,000) is payable on instruction for all acquisitions or disposals but this amount is taken from the final fee account. VAT charged on top. Fees also fixed prior to negotiation for transparency reasons.

MBI’s residential team will create a secure, sustainable income and provide a tenanted ‘home’ as a leading, transparent and professional residential lettings and management agency. MBI also specialises in acquiring residential properties, including investments and homes, for our clients by offering a bespoke buying service. This includes property sourcing, analysis, surveys and negotiation.

A bespoke and innovative residential service including professional valuations on an annual basis, lettings, 4-monthly inspections and day to day management. Referencing is through Rent Profile offering a fair and clear service to ensure MBI client assets are protected. Deposits are held in the secure and independent TDS Custodial Scheme and in line with regulations client monies are held in a separate client monies account and pot.

There are no added fees to contractor invoices. Client relations and transparency are at the forefront of all of the group’s business in order to not only protect, but to maximise client cash flow.
