MBI Group was founded in April 2014 by Matt Brooks BSc (Hons) FNAEA (comm) MRPSA. Matt is a strong negotiator and ambassador for the company’s clients, as an independent Surveyor, winning RICS, BUILD and Oxfordshire Prestige Awards. The firm is NAEA (comm) regulated. MBI is encompasses 4 divisions, being Agency, Professional, Management and Design.
The mission of MBI is to fill a void in the market by providing professional support for sensitive property transactions and a sustainable and personable service for regional and international clients. Many private clients and investors are unrepresented and in need of honest and robust advice. As a company of true property professionals, MBI operates with absolute transparency. The team are approachable and prepared to answer tough questions.
MBI has since grown exponentially and has a well-established base of private, public and corporate clients, looked after by a team of experienced Independent Surveyors. MBI achieves long-term and sustainable success by nurturing its client relationships through a tailored and individual approach. MBI’s ethics drive success, and have earned many industry awards.
MBI adheres to the standards and regulations set by NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents – Commercial) and RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) and has full PII cover. MBI always strives to exceed professional standards and client expectations in an ethical and sustainable manner.
Matt specialises in commercial property agency, all types of disposals and acquisitions, asset management, investment as well as landlord and tenant lease negotiations. He and his experienced team will only be too pleased to assist new and existing clients in all agency, investment, development, surveys, professional, valuation and asset management solutions.
MBI is the trading name of MBI Real Estate Limited and MBI Structures and Design Limited. Both companies have full PII cover and are members of NAEA, RPSA and TPOS.

Stacey provides our brand vision and has that creative flair. She has an HR remit and is particularly involved with MBI Design. Stacey is an avid ice Skater.
Diego Vargas
Architect
Diego is a RIBA qualified Architect and has been practicing since 1996. He works closely with our clients in creating new concepts and spaces at MBI Design.
Krish Patel
Director
Krish is a RICS qualified Agency and Professional Surveyor. He works closely with branded clients such as Pepe’s and with Matt in business progression.
Achilleas Pilides
Valuer
Achilleas is a RICS Registered Valuer and handles private and institutional client instructions. He works closely with Joe and sits on bank panels.
Joe Butler
Associate Candidate of RICS
Guided by Matt, Joe is undertaking his professional qualifications and is specialising in Portfolio Management and Valuation. A big football fan.
