AWARD WINNING SURVEYOR

Matt founded MBI in April 2014, following 8 years with Banks Long & Co and Country Estates. Matt is RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified and a member of RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) whilst holding fellow membership status of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents - Commercial Division).

Initially, as a sole practitioner, Matt focused on investment agency (accounting for the 'I' in MBI) alongside asset management. The firm has since grown with 4 further professional (RICS and RIBA) consultants to provide a full range of services, and are integral to providing clients with a unique and streamlined service through the entire property cycle including searches, diagnostics and value-adding.
