OUR
STORY
Founded in April 2014 by Matt Brooks BSc (Hons) FNAEA (comm) MRPSA, following 8 years with Banks Long & Co and Country Estates.
Initially, as a Sole Practitioner, Matt focused on investment (hence the 'I' in MBI) agency and asset management. The firm quickly grew to its level today of 7 practitioners and assistants to provide a full range of services.
As an established and trusted firm of independent Surveyors, the company has gone on to win RICS, BUILD and Oxfordshire Prestige Awards. MBI is NAEA regulated with membership to RPSA and TPOS.

Our Services
Property Management
Proactive and bespoke asset management including landlord and tenant matters, investment, portfolio and licensing in the residential and commercial sectors.
Valuation
Red Book RICS Valuations or informal market valuations. All purposes and types of property including Leasehold Enfranchisement and Probate.
Design
A range of services, full and pre- planning applications, residential schemes, extensions, development, commercial fit out plans and design by our RIBA Architect.
Surveys
BUILD and Oxfordshire award winning. Residential and commercial buildings, and land, to include pre- and post sale, drones, schedules of condition and dilapidations.
Agency and Investment
The award winning team acquires and disposes of sensitive investment property and acts for clients in acquiring retail and leisure property nationwide.
Professional Services
Along with surveys and valuation, MBI offers rating challenges, rent reviews, lease renewals, licensing applications, development and planning services.

Matt Brooks
Founder
Qualified BSc (Hons). FNAEA (comm) MRPSA. Founded MBI in 2014. Specialising in Management & Agency. Matt is an RICS and BUILD award winner.
Joe Butler
Senior Surveyor
Qualified residential surveyor (MRPSA), Joe has been in practice 5 years and specialises in surveys and property management. A big football fan and loves to travel.
Diego Vargas
Architect
Diego is a RIBA qualified Architect and has been in practice since 1996. Diego works closely with our clients in creating residential and commercial concepts and designs.
Stacey Brooks
Marketing NED
Stacey provides our brand vision and has creative flair. She has an HR remit and is particularly involved with MBI Design. Stacey is an avid ice skater.

Jo Monk
PA to Matt
Jo is PA to Matt Brooks and support for the rest of the team. She is the first point of contact for MBI. Jo is polite, professional and always happy to help.
Achilleas Pilides
RICS Valuer
Achilleas is a RICS Registered Valuer and handles private and institutional client instructions. Achilleas works closely with Matt and sits on lenders panels.
Krish Patel
Agency NED
Krish is a RICS qualified Agency and Professional Surveyor. He works closely with branded clients such as Pepe's and with Matt in business progression.
