MBI are proud members of RPSA and are delighted to hear of the announcement by The RPSA that with a working group of over 60 stakeholders, there will be new levels of protection afforded to new home owners.

This will be rolled out in 2022 and all new home owners will have the option of taking out an independent snagging survey prior to purchase.

MBI will be aligning with these standards to offer its clients the best possible service on top of our already BUILD & RICS award winning surveys.
