On behalf of a retained private landlord client, MBI have completed a deal for an extended 5-year term for retail premises located along Bridge Street in Newark.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, the tenant has committed their long-term future to Newark, Nottinghamshire. All parties were delighted to learn of how the tenant has managed to pivot their business during the pandemic to find even greater success!
