MBI are delighted to have acted for a local landlord and to be involved in the assignment to re-open Prezzo Reading.

A popular location in central Reading, adjacent to Workhouse Coffee and a part of the building that houses The George Hotel. The deal ensures the long term future of Prezzo along King Street. A further indication of improving conditions for restaurants and the wider commercial market.
