On behalf of a children’s day nursery client, based in Woking, MBI has secured a significant rating reduction of 30% this week resulting in a 5-figure backdating refund for the client.

The Rating Challenge lasted for 18 months, but MBI was persistent in its approach with its client commenting “thank you and well done in all your hard work in what was a long and tedious process that MBI had to work with”.
