MBI Property Group recently submitted a planning application for one of our long-standing clients and we are very pleased to announce that we have received consent.

The property, formerly a day nursery has now had a change of use granted to become a food bank and wellbeing centre. This will give a much-needed boost to the local community in Basingstoke.
